A HISTORIC WALKING TOUR OF PUBLIC ART
“The Walldogs” are an internationally renowned organization of sign and mural artists. Every year, they organize a festival where hundreds of artists descend upon a village or small town to paint a series of murals in one 3-5 days. In 2019, Keene was the lucky location.
On the weekend of June 20th-23rd, the Walldogs embarked on Keene, creating 16 amazing murals throughout the downtown area. Each mural focuses on a subject historically significant to the area.
The impact on the city has been wonderful. Take a stroll downtown and see if you can find all 16!
