Jump into playful yoga poses with your child. Music and
stories are integrated to enjoy all the health benefits of
yoga. Mindfulness games and meditations will be
introduced to children to feel peaceful and calmness
within the mind and body. All ages welcome.
Location: Stonewall Farm

Family yoga: Class is located downstairs next to the
bunnies.
Cost: Each class is $15. Register for the 5 week session
and get 10% off: $67.50
