Forage Fridays // Lunch Hour Medicinal Plant Walk

Join me for an in person Medicinal Plant Walk in Keene, NH. We will be meeting at the trailhead in Ashuelot Park at 12. COME LEARN ABOUT MEDICINAL PLANTS IN THE MONADNOCK REGION AND HOW TO INCORPORATE THEM INTO YOUR LIFE. Each week we will identify a few medicinal plants along the trail, having a brief conversation about they're uses. We will go over one spotlight plant in depth each week. An informational handout will be given to each participant. A tincture of the spotlight plant will be for sale for a discounted rate. Tea may be available for tasting. $20 FOR ONE CLASS // $70 FOR 4 CLASSES Wear comfortable walking shoes, proper clothing & bring bug spray as it may be buggy!
