On Saturday, 12/3 we will be releasing our second annual collaboration with Fidens brewing
The Infamous takes the hop bill of Modestman’s “Mega” (Citra/Mosaic) and combine that with Fidens “Eugenes Axe” (Citra/Galaxy). The result is Big guava/juicy citrus/ripe berries, slight piney dankness on the nose/lightly toasted malt/balanced silky finish.
Dry hopped at a rate of 8.5lbs
