Jim Murphy started building supergroups years ago, first at the Rynborn, and then at the EF Lane, bringing fierce blues ensembles to life in the Monadnock region. He’s done it again, pulling members from Modern Fools, The Rear Defrosters, Great Groove Theory, Ben Jennings Quartet, and Chasing Ghosts, to form what can only be described as the Murphys Blues Explosion.
