Tie-Dye Workshop

Tie-Dye Sneakers… or aprons, or silk scarves! Instructor: Patti Warren Wednesday, August 11, 6:00-7:30pm Library Arts Center Side Lawn OUTDOORS under the open-air event tent. Cost: Free! Pre Registration Required Bring your own shoes , silk scarves, or aprons as your canvas, the rest of the supplies will be provided. Bring a pair of white or light colored canvas sneakers and leave with a one of a kind pair of artist style sneakers as you learn this really neat technique with sharpies and rubbing alcohol to create incredible tie-dye like effects. Not interested in having the coolest kicks in town? No worries! Bring a white or light colored canvas apron or silk scarf and use that as your surface! This is a fun one-session evening class to learn this colorful technique. Invite a friend to sign up too to double your fun, or come and meet new friends in this fun session under the tent.
